Job summary

Our Client in the Semiconductor industry is hiring multiple customer service engineers to support daily operations. Working hours are 9AM to 6PM, with main duties including installations of fab equipment for clients and on-the-job training with senior engineers onsite.

Open to fast learners who can read engineering documents and diagrams, and are comfortable in a cleanroom environment. Singapore-based role requiring strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service.
• Maintenance or repair experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, or related industries.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
