Job summary

Ambition, a leading semiconductor company listed in China with international exposure, has set up its overseas HQ in Singapore and seeks a first headcount as Business Development Director to join the team.

You will lead business development efforts in Singapore and across international markets, with a focus on CSPs, OEMs/ODMs, and the electronics sector. You will work closely with Beijing HQ on market intelligence and performance reporting to shape overseas growth strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles.
Proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong network in the Data Centre Ecosystem (DCE) with key stakeholders.
Leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead BD efforts in Singapore and international markets, focusing on CSPs, OEMs/ODMs, and electronics.
Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships, manage negotiations and contract execution.
Formulate and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s footprint in semiconductors, especially in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across strategic overseas regions.
Collaborate with Beijing HQ on market intelligence and performance reporting.
