Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related Engineering field.
• Industry experience in semiconductor and electronics.
• Minimum 15 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 10 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong strategic and business leadership capabilities.
• Proven commercial and market excellence capabilities.
• Strong financial management skills with P&L ownership.
• Strong data analysis to support decision-making.
• Operational excellence and service leadership experience.
• Strong people and organizational leadership skills.
• Stakeholder and ecosystem management capabilities.
• Governance and risk management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver SG and SCE financial objectives and P&L accountability.
• Define and execute the SCE business strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify new opportunities through portfolio expansion and recurring revenue streams.
• Drive operational excellence across sales, service delivery, and complaint resolution.
• Strengthen market presence via marketing, industry engagement, and trade shows.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with strong leadership and succession planning.
