Job summary

Convergint Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive technician to deliver comprehensive security system services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client satisfaction across the Singapore region.

You will coordinate with field engineers and service coordinators to ensure timely preventive maintenance visits and rapid resolution of incidents. You will create AutoCAD diagrams, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with customers to ensure high service standards while adhering to

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control and CCTV will be considered a plus.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
• Strong self learning ability, work independently.
• Customer-orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client's security system issues.
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, expansions, and training.
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Build strong partnerships with clients while continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewal.
• Adhere to company standards and policies to fulfill service requests in the region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and address daily troubleshooting requirements.
• Follow up on all open technical issues until resolved.
• Assume ownership of all service-related issues once the External Hand Over is completed by the Project team.
