Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific is seeking a field service professional to deliver comprehensive security system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will work with client teams to resolve issues, upgrade systems, and train users.

Proficiency with AutoCAD diagrams and strong client relations are essential, with night-shift standby as rotational coverage. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in engineering fields and have experience with Access Control or CCTV.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in security systems with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong self-learning ability, work independently.
• Customer-orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stand-by for night jobs (Rotational basis).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client's security system issues.
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations and training.
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software.
• Build strong partnerships with clients while continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewal.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and policies within the designated region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and address daily troubleshooting needs.
• Follow up on open technical issues until problems are fully resolved.
• Take ownership of service-related issues after External Hand Over by the Project team.
