SECUREX GS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems at client sites in Singapore.

You will deliver reliable technical support and ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in security systems (Integrated Security Management System, Card Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, CCTV System, PA System, Fire Alarm System).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, MS Teams and AutoCAD.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with high responsibility.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Install and commission equipment and systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose faults.
Provide on-site or remote technical support to customers.
Interact with customers to understand needs and train users on operation and maintenance.
