Job summary

Convergint Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsive service engineer to deliver comprehensive support for security systems across client sites. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, upgrades and system expansions, and provide training as needed.

You will create system diagrams using AutoCAD, maintain strong client relations and ensure service quality in line with company standards and regional policies. Diploma graduates with IT basics are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control and CCTV is a plus.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Ability to work under pressure; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve security system issues.
• Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, expansions and training.
• Create system diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Build partnerships with clients to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewals.
• Adhere to company standards and policies for service requests in the region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and daily troubleshooting.
• Follow up on open technical issues until resolved.
• Own service-related issues after External Hand Over by Project team.
