Job summary

The Securitas Singapore team is seeking a result-driven sales professional to lead revenue growth in security solutions and manpower services. You will identify prospects, manage accounts, and collaborate on bids and tenders to secure new contracts.

Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination with legal and operations to ensure compliant, profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in marketing, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial service enterprise with sales focus.
• Proven track record in security solutions and contract development.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to interpret RFPs and proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, market and sell security solutions and manpower services.
• Identify and qualify new leads; manage existing accounts for growth.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, presentations and tenders.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams on contracts and risk.
• Report sales activities and timelines in CEP weekly.
