Job summary

AETOS Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Pre-Sales & Business Development to drive growth in CCTV solutioning across commercial, government, industrial, and residential projects.

You will lead client engagements, conduct site surveys, design integrated security solutions, prepare proposals and tenders, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, cybersecurity-aware solutions. Strong CCTV experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or Electronics.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, business development or technical solutioning in security.
• Strong CCTV solutioning hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of IP CCTV, VMS, Access Control, IDS, and basic networking.
• Experience with tender submissions and technical proposals.
• Willing to travel for client meetings/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
• Build relationships with Security/IT and Procurement stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Support sales growth and business expansion initiatives.
• Conduct site surveys, assessments, and gather requirements.
• Design and propose integrated security solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, diagrams, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Participate in tender submissions, clarifications, and presentations.
• Coordinate handovers to project delivery teams and provide post-implementation support.
