Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee a team of Security Officers at Gemini@Sims. You will conduct patrols, monitor conduct, ensure licences are valid, and support daily deployment and replacements to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work independently. Regular site visits may be required to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations/supervision will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle manpower and operational matters.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Support supervision of Security Officers at assigned sites
