Job summary

Henderson Security Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple contract sites and manage security staff, ensuring high-quality service for employees and Clients.

The role includes investigations, incident reviews, PLRD compliance, staff welfare, roster management, training, and client liaison to meet service deliverables. Singaporean/PR candidates are welcomed.

Qualifications

• No experience in the Security Industry is required.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification from reputable institutions.
• Candidates with a background as Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of contracted sites and staff to deliver high-quality service to employees and Clients.
• Conduct investigations and prepare after-action reviews of incidents.
• Ensure all site requirements comply with PLRD and licensing conditions.
• Maintain 100% compliance of security personnel with headcount, turnout, discipline, and code of conduct.
• Distribute welfare items, stationeries, and memos to site officers.
• Process leave applications and related documents and submit to HQ.
• Deliver monthly site reports to Clients for billing and documentation.
• Maintain weekly rosters for all sites and update promptly.
• Oversee redeployment of security personnel to prevent shortages.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and refresher training on SOPs.
• Handle workplace investigations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Plan training aligned with PWM requirements and schedule drills (minimum 1 per site).
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Maintain good relationships with Clients and attend to complaints and queries.

Job description

• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients
• Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare AAR of the incident
• Ensure all site requirements according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD requirements
• Ensure 100% compliance of security personnel deployed to contractual headcount, turnout and bearing, discipline, licensing conditions and code of conduct
• Ensure prompt distribution of site officers welfare items, stationaries, equipment’s, memos.
• Ensure all leave application forms hardcopy or electronically with MCs or any other letters such as resignation are being followed up and delivered to HQ
• Ensure monthly report for all sites are being delivered to Clients and documents submitted for billings
• Submission of weekly roster for all sites allocated are promptly updated
• Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel redeployment to the sites preventing shortfalls
• Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
• Handle workplace investigation, grievance and discipline
• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirements
• Plan and conduct periodic exercises minimum 1 Exercise Drill/TTX per site to ensure the vigilance and operational capabilities of security personnel
• Any adhoc tasks assigned

Client Liaison:

• Maintain good working relationship with Clients
• Ensure service deliverables are met
• Attend to clients’ complaints, feedbacks and queries

Requirements:
