Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Security Supervisor to assist the Site Operations Manager in overseeing security officers, rostering, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience.
• Valid PRD licence with PWM rank SS.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Trained in firefighting and evacuation procedures.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service training preferred.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High standards of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Operations Manager in supervising and managing security officers.
• Support manpower deployment, rostering, and operational planning.
• Conduct security inspections, checks, and patrols.
• Support security and safety arrangements for events and daily operations.
• Administer access control, visitor management, and security records.
• Monitor premises and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and assist with investigations when required.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and site requirements.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Work Location:

• Dhoby Ghaut & One Raffles Link
• Monthly location rotation

Gross Monthly Salary:

• $3,900

Working Hours:

• A Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• B Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Rotating shifts

Work Schedule:

• 24 working days per month
