Job summary

CTM Security Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Security Officer to supervise SOs and SSOs deployed at our client site. You will conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and ensure all posts are properly manned in line with site SOPs and client requirements.

You will monitor attendance, discipline, and performance, conduct supervisory patrols, manage incidents, and coordinate with the Client and CTM Command Centre. A valid security license and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid security license and the relevant mandatory security certifications.
• Be responsible, disciplined, punctual and able to maintain professional conduct and appearance.
• Must have experience of at least 1 year of Senior Security Officer.
• Be able to follow site SOPs, post orders and deployment instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOs and SSOs deployed at the site.
• Conduct daily briefings, deployment and allocation of duties.
• Ensure all security posts are properly manned.
• Ensure officers comply with site SOPs, post orders and Client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline and performance of officers.
• Conduct supervisory patrols and inspections.
• Ensure scheduled patrols, clocking and security checks are completed.
• Manage incidents and emergencies until relieved by Management or the relevant authorities.
• Immediately update the Client and Command Centre regarding significant incidents.
• Ensure incident reports, occurrence records and other required documentation are properly completed.
• Liaise with the Client, Command Centre and CTM Security Operations regarding daily operational matters.
• Report manpower shortages and arrange or escape for replacement or relief coverage.
• Conduct proper shift handover and ensure outstanding matters are communicated to the incoming team.
• Ensure security equipment, keys and other issued items are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to officers.
• Address operational shortcomings and report disciplinary matters through the appropriate chain of command.
• Ensure officers maintain a professional standard of service at all times.
