Job summary

FormTeam Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a Security Executive/Operations Executive to oversee daily security operations across assigned sites, plan manpower deployment, and conduct regular site inspections and reporting. The role offers day & night shifts, 08:00–20:00, at an East-location near Ubi MRT, starting 01/08/2026.

Requirements include a valid Security Officer License, WSQ SS & above, 2–5 years of security experience, MCST/Commercial/Industrial site exposure, strong

Qualifications

• Possess valid Security Officer License issued by Singapore Police Force.
• WSQ certifications SS & above.
• 2–5 years of relevant security experience.
• Experience managing operations at MCST, Commercial, or Industrial sites.
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Proficient in Report Writing and Basic Computer applications.
• Familiar with security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Patrol Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily security operations across assigned sites.
• Plan and ensure effective manpower deployment and rostering.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance checks.
• Handle incidents, investigations, and ensure timely reporting.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong service relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing requirements, and company standards.
• Supervise, train, and guide security personnel to uphold service excellence.
