Job summary

Antares Management Services is seeking event staff for a full‑time contract/part‑time role at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. The position runs from December 2026 to July 2027, requiring welcoming visitors, guiding them through interactive zones, handling tickets, and maintaining smooth crowds and safety throughout busy exhibition periods.

Ideal candidates are friendly, patient, and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide exhibition information and assistance.
• Scan and validate tickets and handle admission enquiries.
• Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
• Guide visitors through exhibition and interactive zones.
• Explain activities and ensure proper visitor etiquette.
• Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
• Handle visitor feedback and basic service recovery.
• Monitor assigned areas and ensure safety and operational guidelines.
• Escalate complaints, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
• Attend training and daily operational briefings.
• Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.
