Job summary

Gardens by the Bay in Singapore is hiring Visitor Experience Crew for an upcoming exhibition. You will welcome visitors, manage admission and flow, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience during the event period from December 2026 to June 2027.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,000–2,300 for full-time and SGD 12 per hour for part-time. Training will be provided to successful applicants.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information and assistance.

• Explain activities and encourage appropriate visitor etiquette.
• Assist families, elderly visitors and guests who require additional support.
• Respond to visitor feedback and provide basic service recovery.
• Monitor assigned areas and ensure safety and operational guidelines.
• Escalate complaints, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
• Attend training sessions and daily operational briefings.
• Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.

We are hiring Visitor Experience Crew members for an upcoming exhibition at Gardens by the Bay. You will play an important role in welcoming visitors, managing admission and visitor flow, and ensuring that guests enjoy a safe and positive exhibition experience.

Event Period: December 2026 to June 2027
Location: Gardens by the Bay, Singapore
Full-Time Salary: $2,000-$2,300 per month
Part-Time Rate: $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information and assistance.

Requirements

Availability and Commitment

• Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period from December 2026 to June 2027.
• Part-time applicants must be able to work at least three shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
• All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
