Job summary

ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Visitor Experience Ambassador for a large-scale, themed exhibition in Singapore. You will be deployed across ticketing, queue management and experience zones to ensure smooth event operations and a welcoming visitor experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication and the ability to manage crowds. Training is provided; shifts include weekends and public holidays within the Dec 2026 – Jun 2027 period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information about the exhibition.
• Scan and validate tickets and assist with admission enquiries.
• Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
• Communicate waiting times, delays and admission procedures clearly.
• Guide visitors through the exhibition and interactive experience zones.
• Explain activity instructions and encourage appropriate visitor etiquette.
• Attend to visitor feedback and provide basic service recovery.
• Monitor zones for safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Escalate complaints, incidents and safety concerns promptly.
• Attend required training sessions and daily operational briefings.
• Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.

Full-time Salary:$2000 - $2300 per month
Part-Time Rate:$12 per hour

As a Visitor Experience Ambassador, you will be deployed across ticketing, queue management and experience zones. You will help ensure smooth event operations while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information about the exhibition.
• Scan and validate tickets and assist with admission enquiries.
• Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
• Communicate waiting times, delays and admission procedures clearly.
• Guide visitors through the exhibition and interactive experience zones.
• Explain activity instructions and encourage appropriate visitor etiquette.
• Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
• Attend to visitor feedback and provide basic service recovery.
• Monitor assigned zones and ensure safety and operational guidelines are followed.
• Escalate complaints, incidents, safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
• Attend required training sessions and daily operational briefings.
• Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with visitors.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Patient and able to remain calm when managing crowds or challenging situations.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work effectively in a busy and crowded environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience would be advantageous.
• Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions would be a plus.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Training will be provided.

Availability

• Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period.
• Part-time applicants must be able to commit to at least three shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
• All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
