Job summary

Antares Management Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead onsite operations for a major themed exhibition in Singapore, ensuring smooth guest experience and coordinating manpower, visitor flow and venue activities.

You will oversee guest experience, plan rosters, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, liaise with marketing, and respond to feedback and incidents to deliver a memorable visitor journey. This contract runs Oct 2026 to Jul 2027 and requires weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Guest Experience Operations plan to ensure efficient operations and consistent service standards.
• Oversee daily onsite operations, including visitor flow, route management and VIP arrangements.
• Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters and staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
• Recruit, train and supervise digital ambassadors, guides and ground staff.
• Ensure the operations team understands the exhibition's attractions, site layout, app, photo system and themed content.
• Conduct staff briefings, training and performance reviews, addressing service and performance gaps.
• Monitor monthly operational budgets against plans and recommend adjustments based on operational needs.
• Work closely with the venue operations team to deliver a seamless visitor experience.
• Partner with Marketing to coordinate and execute promotions and corporate events.
• Handle visitor feedback, complaints and onsite incidents promptly and professionally.
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to support safe, smooth operations.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and the overall guest experience.
