• Familiar with TradeNet declarations and compliance requirements.

Job Summary

Air Market Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Seafreight Operations Officer to support our import and export operations in Singapore.

The successful candidate will coordinate shipment operations, prepare documentation, liaise with overseas agents, and ensure smooth cargo movement while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seafreight import and export shipments from booking to cargo delivery
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including Bill of Lading (BL), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and shipping instructions
• Submit and manage TradeNet permit declarations for import/export shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouses for cargo movement
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
• Request and obtain RFQs (Request for Quotations) from overseas agents for destination handling, local charges, and delivery arrangements
• Evaluate quotations and coordinate with agents to ensure competitive and accurate pricing for customers
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues or delays promptly
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems accordingly
• Support internal teams with costing, billing, and operational coordination
