Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Seafreight Operation Executive to manage shipments, handle enquiries, and coordinate bookings from start to delivery.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork, customer service focus, and experience in freight/logistics. Location is Changi; five-day workweek; salary between SGD 2,800 and 3,200.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or a related industry.
• Good communication, customer service and coordination skills.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status, schedules and order matters.
• Coordinate and process shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customers, suppliers and internal operations teams to coordinate shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment progress, delivery schedules and documentation, following up on any delays or outstanding matters.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other relevant shipping documents, and assist with receivables-related matters.
• Address customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational or shipment-related issues.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through responsive and professional service.
• Support daily freight forwarding operations and assist with other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required.
