FairPrice Group in Singapore seeks an Operations Leader to manage receiving, QC and issuing of fish and seafood from Jurong Port. You will drive end-to-end procurement quality and lead a night team to ensure timely distribution to stores, liaising with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams.

You will ensure product freshness, cold chain integrity and adherence to SOPs, while monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvements across the seafood supply chain.

Competenze

• Experience in fish mongering and seafood procurement.
• Ability to lead a night operations team and coordinate with 3PL.
• Strong understanding of cold chain and product quality standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee receiving, quality control and issuing of fish/seafood from Jurong Port.
• Lead the Night Operation team (6 staff, Tue-Sun) and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders to uphold quality.
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and team performance reviews.
