• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Compliance: Ensure the establishment strictly adheres to all Singapore food hygiene regulations, licensing laws, and workplace safety standards
