NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited in Singapore seeks a Night Operations Supervisor to lead the Fish & Seafood team at Jurong Fishery Port and Sunview Central. You will oversee receiving, quality checks, and issuing stock, ensuring cold chain integrity and timely distribution to stores.

The role requires strong leadership, deep seafood knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Experience in fish mongering and night operations at Jurong Fishery Port.
• Strong understanding of seafood quality parameters and cold chain.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Attention to detail in inspection of product quality and quantity.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced procurement setting.
• Proficient in operational planning and process coordination.
• Proficient in computer literacy and basic systems usage.
• Independent, disciplined, and reliable with integrity.

Mansioni

• Ensure purchase quality via upstream checks and cold chain controls.
• Lead the Fish & Seafood core team (Night Operation team).
• Oversee receiving from Jurong Fishery Port suppliers and stock issuance.
• Maintain freshness, quality and temperature following SOPs.
• Track stock movement and manage 3PL delivery to stores.
• Ensure 3PL KPI targets on timing, serviceability and fulfillment.
• Uphold food safety standards and supplier compliance.
• Review documentation and team performance regularly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
