Job summary

FCM in Singapore is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager for SEA SME to drive new business with SMEs across Asia. You will own end-to-end sales journey, develop strategic plans, and leverage Bid Management, Marketing support, and a powerful tech platform.

You'll report to the Sales leadership, build executive relationships, deliver compelling proposals, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in travel or SME sectors.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a persuasive style.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for SME prospects.
• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities via cold-calling and networking.
• Represent FCM to key decision-makers and create new sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling value propositions and responses to RFPs.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Ensure smooth handovers to account management after closing deals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and HR on client matters.
• Utilise Salesforce to track activity and performance.
