Job summary

CGi in Singapore seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead project delivery, field service, and technical sales across Southeast Asia. You will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring safe, on-time, cost-effective execution while driving revenue and margin performance.

The role requires 7+ years in operations or related fields, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with high-tech equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations, project delivery, field service, or maintenance, including experience leading teams.
• Proven understanding of wafer fabrication and high-tech industry support equipment (abatement systems, chillers, pumps, gas/chemical systems, facilities services).

Responsibilities

• Own regional project delivery, field service, maintenance, and lifecycle support with safe, timely, cost-effective, compliant execution.
• Plan regional manpower, schedules, tools, materials, subcontractors, and logistics to meet commitments.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and compliance retrofits.
• Track operational KPIs, manage risks and escalations, and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Build a scalable regional team through workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Lead technical sales from qualification to proposals, costing, negotiation, and order conversion.
• Own revenue and margin forecasts, billing, receivables, working capital, and cash-flow performance.
• Align cross-functional teams on scope, schedule, cost, risk, and acceptance criteria before delivery.
• Maintain senior customer relationships and support service renewals and lifecycle growth.
