Job summary
The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery operations and onsite support for client offices in APAC.
You will lead a multi-country team, manage incidents, requests and escalations, and drive continuous service improvements while coordinating with senior management.
The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent stakeholder communication in English and Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Proven managerial experience with at least 2+ years leading a team of 20+ staff.
- Experience in IT service management and ITIL disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Achieve highest level of service support to Customer office/retail operations.
- Proactively advance Regional Service Desk services to the next generation.
- Oversee regional team and onsite engineers across APAC.
- Own incident, request, and escalation processes with performance reporting.
- Monitor and support service delivery; ensure methodologies and procedures.
- Prepare management reports and identify service improvements.
- Drive service review meetings with internal and third parties.
- Assist Senior Management with ad-hoc tasks.
