Job summary

CG INTEGRAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead project delivery, field service, and lifecycle support across Southeast Asia. You’ll own end-to-end performance, from safety to revenue, coordinating across sales, engineering, procurement, and finance in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in operations, project delivery, field service, or maintenance with people leadership.
• Experience leading regional teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of wafer fabrication and high-tech support equipment (abatement systems, process chillers, vacuum pumps, heaters, gas/chemical systems).
• Preferred hands-on field/operational exposure in air pollution control equipment, pumps/chillers, gas/chemical supply equipment, facilities M&E/HVAC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience in technical sales, commercial proposals, revenue forecasting, margin management, invoicing, and cash-flow control.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, quality management, regulatory compliance, and risk control.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced regional setting.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own regional project delivery, field service, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
• Plan manpower, schedules, tools, materials, subcontractors, and logistics to meet delivery commitments.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and compliance retrofits.
• Track KPIs, manage risks and escalations, and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Build a scalable regional team through workforce planning, coaching, and capability development.
• Lead technical sales from opportunity qualification through proposals, costing, and order conversion.
• Own revenue and margin forecasts, billing, receivables, working capital, and cash-flow performance.
• Align sales, engineering, procurement, finance, and customers on scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Maintain senior customer relationships and support service renewals, lifecycle growth, and reporting.
