Job summary

GigaDevice Semiconductor (Beijing) Inc. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales support professional to manage our growing SEA customer base. The role combines sales support with project management and cross-cultural communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, customer service, or PM within electronics, and skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Mandarin would be a plus; the team offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management in electronics.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Track RFQs and business opportunities.
Maintain customer and opportunity records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
Coordinate and assist sales in managing key customer projects from initiation to completion.
Support contract negotiations and distributor/customer communication.
Assist account managers with presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
Support strategic customers such as EMS partners, distributors, and OEMs.
Monitor order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues.
Collaborate with supply chain on bottlenecks and communicate updates.
Assist with trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer events.
