R&G BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior operations leader to drive the operations division in Singapore.

You will supervise local staff to meet KPIs and service standards, while overseeing financial performance and cost controls. Collaboration with engineers and vendors for IT infrastructure is essential, along with developing future staffing needs and expanding client engagements. The role involves leading multiple teams, strategizing on revenue growth, and maintaining compliance

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division.
Supervise Singapore personnel to achieve the operations KPIs and service standards.
Monitor and analyse income and expenses; establish business controls to reduce cost and boost revenue.
Manage customer services and relationships with periodic operations reviews for clients.
Coordinate with engineers, technical consultants and vendors for IT infra.
Define roles and plans for the department’s future needs; discuss performance with managers.
Coordinate manpower planning and arrangements with Site Managers.
Pursue new business opportunities and expand service contracts to increase revenue.
Promote company services and sales of machine parts.
Ensure a safe and compliant work environment; maintain documentation for audits.
Attend audits and prepare documents for customers; handle other duties as assigned.
