Job summary

SearchAsia Consulting in Singapore seeks a senior regional leader to develop and execute Southeast Asia business strategies aligned with global objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability.

You will own financial performance, budgeting, EBITDA growth, margin optimization, and cash conversion, while building a high-performing leadership team and strengthening key customer, supplier and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of related experience with 5 years in management.
• Prior experience in Chemical Manufacturing MNC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Southeast Asia business strategies aligned with regional and global objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, budgeting, EBITDA growth, margin optimisation, cost efficiency and cash conversion cycle.
• Drive sales growth, identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners
• Oversee and improve production, supply chain and distribution operations to enhance efficiency, competitiveness and business performance.
• Champion commercially viable product and process development initiatives, driving innovation, sustainability and successful market commercialisation.
• Ensure legal entity governance, regulatory compliance, EHS standards and appropriate organisational controls to safeguard business operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, establish effective organisational structures and drive accountability towards business KPIs.

Degree/Masters in Chemical Engineering or related field
