Job summary

Reporting to the Board, you will drive business development, ensure governance, and lead cross-functional teams toward performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–18 years of leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors with senior P&L responsibility.
• Proven success in strategic planning, business transformation, and regional market development.
• Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ISO, HSE, Lean, or operational excellence frameworks.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin or Bahasa proficiency is an advantage.
