Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a senior regional leader to shape and execute Southeast Asia business strategies aligned with global objectives, delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

You will own financial performance, drive EBITDA growth, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring governance and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in Chemical Manufacturing MNC.
• Proven leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Southeast Asia business strategies for growth and profitability.
• Own financial performance: budgeting, EBITDA growth, margins, costs, and CCC.
• Drive sales growth, discover market opportunities, and strengthen key relationships.
• Oversee production, supply chain, and distribution to boost efficiency.
• Champion viable product and process development, driving innovation and market success.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, EHS standards and controls.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and drive accountability to KPIs.
