YAGEO Group in Singapore seeks a Distribution Sales Manager for South East Asia to lead sales growth through distribution channels. You will design and execute regional strategies, recruit partners, and drive revenue across electronics markets.

You will collaborate with marketing, product teams, and operations, analyze market trends, and present forecasts to senior management. Travel within the region is expected to support partners and attend trade events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in distribution sales management, preferably in the electronic industry.
• Strong understanding of the South East Asia market, with experience working in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages spoken in the region is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in South East Asia.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners in key markets across the region.
• Manage and support existing distributor relationships, providing training, sales support, and marketing resources as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of the region.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to senior management on a regular basis.
• Travel within the region to meet with distributors, attend trade shows, and conduct market research as required.
