Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Sales Director for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. You will lead a diverse SEA sales organization, coach leaders, drive revenue growth, and manage key customer and partner relationships. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and extensive travel across the SEA region.

You will report to the SAP Management Team and shape SEA business plans, governance, and cross-functional execution, aligning with Axis culture and global strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with strong strategic planning and sales operations
• At least 5 years in channel sales management
• At least 3 years in solutions sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop SEA Sales Managers and teams to deliver objectives and build a ONE SEA organization
• Set objectives, priorities and forecast with rigorous pipeline management and reviews
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, distributors and system integrators
• Represent Axis across SEA, ensuring governance of pricing, investments and expenditures
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Distribution and Engineering to align SEA objectives
