Job summary

YAGEO CORPORATION (SOUTH ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned distributor manager to champion assigned distributors across Asia, aligning with product managers on promotions and forecasting.

The role focuses on achieving PoA, Opex and AR targets, maintaining PoA/PoS/inventory balance, ensuring stock rotation and price protection, and driving sales growth through incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 10+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution or electronics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion of assigned distributors in Asia.
• Achieve PoA, Opex & AR target.
• Ensure PoA, PoS, Inventory balance.
• Responsible for stock rotation, price protection, forecast.
• Align with PMs on product promotion strategy, including NPA, focus products promotion.
• Follow up/Initiate Incentive program to motivate distributors and drive sales growth.
