Job summary

ASYS Group Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead regional growth across Asia, driving strategies, key accounts, and distributor networks in electronics manufacturing sectors.

You will develop and execute the Asia sales plan, expand the customer base, and collaborate with global teams to meet targets. The position requires monthly travel within assigned countries and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, Business or Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in machinery equipment sales within automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asia market to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, target, and secure new customers and accounts; manage a network of sales representatives, agents, and distributors.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work with global teams to align strategies and provide regular sales forecasts and market insights.
