Job summary

The role includes incident management, SD-WAN change execution, daily health checks, and vendor coordination to meet service levels and security standards. 1–2 years of relevant experience required, with SD-WAN and WLAN familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT infrastructure operations or technical support.
• Experience with SD-WAN environments and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise wireless platforms and WLAN troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting; document incidents and resolutions.
• Execute predefined standard service and change requests across SD-WAN platforms.
• Perform daily health checks, log reviews and system performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with specialist teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Assist in maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with internal IT teams and end-users; provide incident status updates.
• Follow company policies to ensure secure and compliant IT operations.
