Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Network Consultant to ensure continuous monitoring, support, and maintenance of SD-WAN solutions and IT infrastructure. You will engage in incident management, change requests, and operational tasks across multiple SD-WAN platforms.

The role requires 1–2 years in IT infrastructure operations, strong problem-solving skills, and English fluency. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic diploma preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or technical support (LAN/WAN/Cloud).
• Certifications in networking, systems, virtualization, cloud, or IT service management (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CCNP) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and support network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for detected issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents, following escalation protocols and documenting resolutions.
• Execute predefined standard service requests and change requests across SD-WAN platforms (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, RansNet, Silver Peak, Fortinet).
• Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and system performance monitoring; ensure tasks meet SLAs.
• Maintain clear communication with IT teams, stakeholders, and end users; provide timely incident updates.
• Follow policies and regulatory standards to ensure secure and compliant IT operations.
