Qualifications

• Possess relevant professional certifications in Counselling or Social Work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social services, preferably with youth.
• Proven ability in socio-emotional intervention and restorative work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small-group intervention sessions for identified students.
• Support Tier 1 & 2 preventive and developmental programmes.
• Provide case management and coordinate reintegration support.
• Engage families through home visits or community connections.
