Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd invites applicants to join our education support team to assist with student wellbeing and safety. The role focuses on quick response to incidents, triaging, and coordinating follow-up actions with school staff.

The successful candidate will be involved in befriending and mentoring at-risk students, helping run engagement activities, and supporting after-school programmes for high-needs pupils, while participating in school meetings to stay informed about cases.

Responsibilities

• First responding: respond to calls for help from teachers and guide the student to the pull-out location.
• Provide triaging and basic counselling for students who flare up.
• Contact parents to provide initial updates and input to relevant staff.
• Provide input to SC, SENO, DM, SDT for follow-up.
• Befriend and mentor students at risk of re-offending.
• Manage student engagement activity hub.
• Support after-school programmes / learning journeys for high-needs pupils.
• Attend CMT meetings to become familiar with identified SwANs.
