Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd seeks a part-time Counsellor/Social Worker to support youth development programmes in Bishan. You will conduct small-group interventions for students with socio-emotional needs and provide case management and reintegration support.

The role involves home visits, maintaining records, and collaboration with school staff and external agencies to ensure progress and welfare of students.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in Counselling or Social Work.
• Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience in youth/social services.
• Experience in socio-emotional intervention and case management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small-group interventions for students with socio-emotional needs.
• Support Tier 1 & Tier 2 student development programmes.
• Provide case management and reintegration support.
• Conduct home visits and engage families where required.
• Maintain case records and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with school staff and external agencies.
