Job summary

The Ministry of Education is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of School Operations Policy within the Schools Division. You will guide ground implementation, collaborate with HQ divisions, schools and external agencies, and help transform school operations to achieve education outcomes.

You will work across planning, stakeholder engagement, process improvement and data collection, supporting schools and multi-agency projects while monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities to leverage

Responsibilities

Collaborate with MOE HQ staff to plan, implement and monitor projects.
Partner with schools on process planning, stakeholder engagement, operations and data collection.
Support schools in implementing programmes and initiatives.
Collaborate with external agencies on multi-agency projects.
Monitor, evaluate and report outcomes for review and enhancement.
Identify transformation opportunities, including leveraging technology to automate processes.
