Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Operations Officer to support the Operations Manager with daily operations at 150 Haig Road, Singapore 438796. This on-site role includes manpower planning, hands-on tasks, and coordination of facilities management.

The contract runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027 (with possible extension). A minimum of 3 years in school operations, multi-tasking ability, and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in school operations.
• Able to multi-task.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities and common areas
• Carry out regular inspections to identify defects, and follow up on repair works
• Maintain the inventory for emergency preparedness exercises
• Supervise cleaning contractors to make sure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services
• Carry out regular inspections and address operational feedback
• Carry out minor ad-hoc repairs within the school premises when needed
• Handle security control at the school foyer on school days and during events
• Carry out ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Admin Manager and School Leaders
