Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent School Operations Assistant to help maintain a network of facilities across a school campus in Singapore.

You will coordinate maintenance, supervise cleaners, conduct inspections, manage inventories, and handle emergencies for 12 months with potential extension; Mondays to Thursdays 7am-4pm, Fridays 7am-5pm, with occasional weekend or public holiday work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in school operations.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on operational duties.
• Able to multitask and manage various operational matters.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain inventory for emergency preparedness exercises.
• Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and other environmental services.
• Address operational feedback and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Perform minor ad-hoc repairs within the premises when required.
• Support security control at the foyer during school days and events.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Duration/Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service maybe required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
