Job summary

The role requires a diploma and at least two years in customer service or operations, with strong Excel and communication skills. You will help manage accounts, coordinate events, and generate reports to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and admin roles.
• Experience supporting school accounts or education-related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned school accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Handle meal order enquiries, cancellations, refunds, payments, and account admin.
• Investigate and resolve customer feedback and operational issues.
• Process meal cancellations, refunds, e-vouchers, and meal administration.
• Maintain accurate student records, meal assignments, and ordering data.
• Prepare meal forecasts and analyse ordering trends.
• Coordinate meal arrangements for school events and term starts.
• Monitor system and portal issues with providers and internal teams.
• Support menu planning and student communications for new terms.
• Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.
