Job summary

MOS Foods Singapore, part of the MOS Burger family, is seeking an Accounts Executive to support expanding operations and strengthen financial processes.

You will manage lease accounting under FRS 116, accounts payable, petty cash, and payroll support. This role also covers monthly reporting, expense analysis, and assisting with a new E-Claim system, audits, and ad-hoc finance tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Ability to document standard procedures and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lease accounting under FRS 116 compliance.
• Accounts payable and trade creditor management to ensure timely payments.
• Petty cash processing and reconciliation.
• Payroll support through time-keeping and attendance systems.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports with analysis.
• Assist in implementing and transitioning to a new E-Claim system.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lease Accounting (FRS 116):Handle lease-related accounting matters in compliance with FRS 116.
• Accounts Payable Support:Manage aspects of the purchase cycle and trade creditor accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Petty Cash:Process and reconcile petty cash reimbursements.
• Payroll (Time Management):Support payroll functions by managing time tracking and attendance systems.
• Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly financial and management reports; conduct expense analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• System Implementation:Assist in the successful implementation and transition to a new E-Claim system.
• Audit Support:Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Ad-hoc Duties:Handle finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
