SATS Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Operations) to oversee day-to-day management of the ByteDance account, acting as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction across dining halls, pantry operations and catering services.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, lead a team of Operations Executives, ensure food safety standards and SOP compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualificações

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management or related discipline.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 3 certification required; HACCP certification will be an advantage.
• 4+ years in F&B, catering, hospitality or facilities operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience managing corporate catering operations, client accounts, or large-scale hospitality services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, operational excellence, budget management, KPI tracking, and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and follow-up actions.
• Track labour, food, pantry, and operational costs, supporting budget management and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Executives, including manpower planning, coaching, performance management, and capability building.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, SOPs, quality standards, and operational governance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including culinary, finance, procurement, HR, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee special events, catering operations, and client programmes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyse operational data, prepare performance dashboards, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive new service implementations, innovation projects, and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
