Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide day-to-day helpdesk and classroom technology assistance in a school.

You will maintain Windows and macOS devices, install software, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and support printers, AV equipment and IP telephony. The role requires clear communication, ability to work independently and on-site in Singapore, with potential weekend event coverage. Experience in education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/ICT helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT helpdesk and technical support to staff and students.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, peripherals and software across Windows and Apple environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and web-based application issues; provide first and second-level user support.
• Support Mac, Windows and iOS devices including laptops, tablets and other mobile devices.
• Maintain classroom technology including interactive whiteboards, projectors, audio systems and teaching equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or specialist support.
• Provide ICT support for school events as required.
