Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a versatile in-house IT Support Specialist to support our corporate headquarters in Singapore and assist at event venues.

You will troubleshoot hardware, manage networks, and keep staff, clients, and attendees connected when it matters most. This role covers device lifecycle, SOPs, asset management, vendor coordination, and on-site IT upgrades. Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS/Android devices and networking is preferred; privacy and security best practices

Qualifications

  • Provide end-user support across devices and platforms.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors for contracts, SLAs, and hardware refresh cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support and device management.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Deliver in-person IT support and troubleshooting for staff and attendees at events.
  • Establish and execute standardized IT operating procedures for onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
  • Manage office network equipment (routers, switches, APs) and cabling.
  • Oversee workplace tech including AV systems, printers, and meeting room setups.
  • Lead IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades and hardware refresh cycles.
  • Enforce endpoint security, patches, antivirus, and screen-lock policies.
  • Forecast IT budget and manage hardware lifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate ISP and tech vendor relationships and monitor SLAs.
  • Guide junior IT staff, interns, and external contractors.

Overview

We are looking for a versatile and proactive in-house IT Support Specialist for our client.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our corporate headquarters and occasionally providing hands‑on technical support at event venues. You will be the go‑to person for troubleshooting hardware, managing networks, and ensuring that our team, clients, and attendees stay connected when it matters most.

Job Description
  • End-User Support & Device Management
  • Device Lifecycle: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac laptops, desktops, and iOS/Android mobile devices.
  • Helpdesk Operations: Deliver responsive, high-quality, in-person technical support and troubleshooting for all staff.
  • IT Onboarding: Establish and execute standardized IT operating procedures for device setup, onboarding/ offboarding, and asset management.
  • Network Administration: Manage and maintain office networking equipment (routers, switches, APs) alongside physical structured cabling.
  • Office Tech Management: Oversee general workplace technology, including AV systems, printers, meeting room setups, and Wi‑Fi coverage.
  • Proactive Upgrades: Proactively propose and lead IT initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, network enhancements, hardware refresh cycles, and on‑site event tech support.
  • Endpoint Security: Apply core security hygiene across all managed devices, enforcing patch management, antivirus deployment, and screen‑lock policies.
  • Own IT budget forecasting and hardware lifecycle planning.
  • Vendor Management: Manage ISP and tech vendor relationships, monitoring service‑level agreement (SLA) performance and handling contract renewals.
  • Direct and guide junior IT personnel, interns, and manage external contractors as required.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT management with a focus on hardware and software support for end-users
  • Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and office network setups (routers, switches, cabling)
  • Strong ability to establish SOPs, manage an IT asset inventory, and handle vendor contracts.
Advantageous
  • IT Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+
  • Knowledge of cloud‑based systems (i.e. AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards
