Job summary

Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking a focused HR/Training professional to manage SGH’s scholarship programs, funding administration, and related projects. You will coordinate grants, monitor scholar outcomes, and drive efficiency through process improvements.

The role requires a university degree in Training/HR/Business Administration/Psychology and at least two years of related experience. Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, and SuccessFactors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training / HR / Business Administration / Psychology.
• At least 2 years of scholarship administration, HR or education/training management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of the scholarship process for SGH sponsored staff across funding schemes.
• Plan and execute scholarship grant calls, including timelines, eligibility assessment and panel coordination.
• Oversee end-to-end scholarship application, evaluation, selection and award administration.
• Monitor scholars’ academic progress and development outcomes to align with objectives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support policy reviews and implementation of process improvements.
• Strategise to maximise external funding sources.
